Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your enthusiasm for food, hospitality, and team development will drive the success of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, staff training, and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing profitability and operational efficiency. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and professional work environment Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and maximize profitability Implement and monitor food safety protocols, ensuring adherence to health regulations and cleanliness standards Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction Coordinate kitchen management activities including food production, catering services, banquets, and bar operations when applicable Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food handling safety, POS operation, and hospitality best practices Manage shift schedules efficiently to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and guest loyalty Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong understanding of restaurant operations Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining environments Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and developing talent within the food service industry Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations is required Experience managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings including catering or banquet services is preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment Familiarity with budgeting processes, profit & loss analysis, and operational planning in a restaurant context Previous experience working in hotel or bar settings is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent customer service skills coupled with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences Join us as our General Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
