Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality operation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Your leadership will drive the success of the venue by fostering a positive environment, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and achieving business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing day-to-day operations with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team, including managers, kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders, to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality experiences Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Supervise POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food handling safety, and operational procedures Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to meet or exceed business targets Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant Qualifications Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food industry operations Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management; fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliation Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development; capable of interviewing and hiring talented team members Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management and creating memorable guest experiences Ability to oversee shift management, food production processes, catering events, and banquet services as needed Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control practices, budgeting principles, and overall restaurant management strategies Join us in leading a vibrant team where your leadership transforms everyday dining into extraordinary experiences!
