Job Description:

As the General Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and developing your staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

Staff Development:

Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders, while holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.

Scheduling and Labor Management:

Create and manage employee schedules, while controlling labor costs and ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Inventory Management:

Own all ordering of inventory and keeping a close eye on product levels. Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid shortages, while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.

Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Craftable) is a plus.
