Duties Assist in managing daily nightclub or resort operations, ensuring all aspects run seamlessly during shifts Supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and motivating team members to deliver top-tier guest service Oversee event management tasks such as setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure successful execution of special occasions Handle shift management responsibilities, including cash handling, inventory control, and resolving guest concerns promptly Maintain accurate report writing related to daily activities, incidents, and operational summaries for management review Ensure compliance with safety protocols, alcohol service regulations, and health standards throughout the venue Support guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a positive environment for all visitors Qualifications Previous experience in nightclub management, events management or hospitality roles within resorts or restaurants is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities Proven ability to manage shifts effectively, including cash handling and report writing skills Knowledge of nightlife or hospitality industry standards; experience with guest services and event coordination is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue's schedule Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a similar setting is advantageous Join us to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
