In this role, you will oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensure high standards of customer service, manage staff training and development, and maintain operational excellence. Your leadership will drive team motivation, uphold food safety standards, and optimize service efficiency to create memorable experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the culinary atmosphere while fostering a positive, fast-paced environment that celebrates teamwork and hospitality excellence. Duties Lead and supervise all food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar services, and banquet functions. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Train staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Conduct shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands while maintaining high service standards. Implement staff training programs focused on culinary skills, customer engagement, and management best practices. Monitor budget adherence by controlling costs related to food production, labor, and supplies while maximizing profitability. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all food service areas. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional guest experiences. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within fast-paced restaurant environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting. Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards (including HACCP), and food handling procedures. Proven management skills with experience supervising teams in casual dining or fine dining settings; including staff training & development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly. Demonstrated leadership in managing shift operations, budgeting, and restaurant management tasks. Knowledge of catering services, banquet operations, bar management (including barista or coffee experience), and hospitality industry best practices. Ability to interview candidates effectively to build a skilled team aligned with company values. Experience with kitchen operations including food production workflows and culinary techniques. Strong organizational skills for supervising multiple outlets or service areas simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
