Job Description
What you'll do: As a General Manager at McDonald's, you will be a proven leader ready to take full ownership of a high-volume McDonald's operation serving the heart of our community. This isn't just a restaurant job-it's a general management role with real P&L responsibility, a dedicated team to develop, and the backing of the world's most recognized brand. Full P&L ownership across all revenue, labor, and food cost targets. Recruit, train, and develop a team of 25-50 crew and shift leaders. Drive customer satisfaction scores and uphold brand standards. Execute local marketing initiatives and community partnerships. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance. Report directly to ownership with weekly performance reviews. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Support cleanliness and appearance of the facility exterior.
