Location is on the beautiful campus of The Crown College of the Bible. Two years of cooking/food production and management experience required. Must be comfortable working in a conservative Christian environment. Responsible for food at all operations (resident diningand catering). Responsible for scheduling of all production/utility staff in the main kitchen. Coordinates daily prep for board, catering, and retail operation as needed. Focused on financial performance and controls of all costs (food, labor, expenses). Understands how to control costs and implement changes that achieve the desired results.
