At Aubrey's, an independently owned upscale family dining restaurant from East Tennessee, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our original recipes are made in-house, so you can take pride in everything we serve. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at out 2 new restaurant locations in Spring Hill and Lebanon. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role focused on driving hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. Why Join Us? What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality Ability to develop, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence Previous restaurant management experience preferred Key Responsibilities Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture Maintain service standards in alignment with Aubrey's commitment to excellence Oversee scheduling, floor execution, and daily operations Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the restaurant Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth and efficient service Requirements At least 2 years of Proven leadership skills in a full service restaurant environment Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A positive, solutions-oriented mindset Commitment to team success and guest satisfaction Want to Know More About Aubrey's?
