Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily operations, and inspiring a talented team of food service professionals. Your leadership will ensure smooth restaurant functioning, uphold high standards of food safety and quality, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring efficient workflow. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and customer service standards. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards. Supervise kitchen management, including inventory control, food production, and catering services. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement budgeting strategies to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive dining environment that encourages guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments. Strong background in food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development skills. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Experience with food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices. Ability to lead teams effectively through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching. Previous restaurant experience including shift management, food production, catering or banquet experience is highly desirable.
