Summary We are seeking a dedicated Asst Manager to join our team at Smoothie King. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality while fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key in helping our team deliver the best smoothie experience to our customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning of the store. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service. Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels and schedule planning using Crunchtime software Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support fellow team captains in budgeting and financial planning as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus.
