Bonchon's amazing experiences make unforgettable moments. We're an international restaurant concept known for our delicious, signature Korean double-fried chicken. Our 450+ restaurants are in 8 countries around the world and both our fan base and number of restaurants are growing rapidly. We have 150 locations in the US and our domestic growth rate is one of the best in the industry. Bonchon is world famous for its' Korean fried chicken coated with our signature sauces. In addition to our fried chicken, Bonchon offers a full Asian infused menu. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for sizzling talent that's ready to push boundaries while maintaining the Bonchon standard of flavor and experience.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for a Shift Leader/Manager with an upbeat personality and the motivation to develop and lead within a growing fast-casual restaurant chain. THE ROLE
Conduct monthly inventory audit Conduct FOH/BOH monthly performance review with General Manager Track and update waste reporting Ensure cleanliness and services in the restaurant and kitchen are meeting Bonchon standards Manage delivery orders and walk in services with urgency and professionalism Train and develop new team member according to Bonchon best practices Assist kitchen, servers, and hosts as needed to ensure business is running efficiently Clean and organize workstations and service areas as needed Execute opening, transition, and closing procedures Follow all Bonchon best practices, policies, and procedures Other duties assigned by Management
SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS
Must be able to work flexible hours Sunday-Saturday (30-40 hours per week) 2-3 year of restaurant Front of House management experience 2-3 years of kitchen and Back of House management experience preferred 2-3 years of hospitality experience Must have strong food and beverage knowledge Must have a polished, professional, and relatable demeanor Must have a team oriented, sales and service driven attitude Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills Must be able to stand, bend, and move during shift duties Must be able to lift minimum of 40 lbs. Food Handler's Certification is a plus
