In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operation of our venue's front-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth management of daily functions. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold high standards of customer service, and contribute to creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a dynamic nightlife or resort environment, where every night is an opportunity to deliver unforgettable moments. Duties Assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily operations, including shift management and staff coordination Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and security personnel Ensure outstanding guest services by maintaining high standards of hospitality, guest engagement, and problem resolution Manage guest relations proactively, addressing concerns swiftly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and accurate report writing for shift documentation Coordinate event setups and manage logistics during special events or nightclub functions to ensure seamless execution Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives for front-of-house staff to foster a motivated team environment Experience Proven supervisory or management experience in a nightclub, restaurant, or hospitality setting with a focus on guest services Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively Experience managing events or large gatherings within a hospitality or resort environment Strong background in customer service excellence and conflict resolution Familiarity with shift management routines, report writing, cash handling procedures, and managing guest feedback Prior experience in nightlife venues or resorts is highly desirable; assistant manager experience is a plus Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
