In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, and manage all aspects of bar management to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the bar team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to ensure top-tier service delivery. Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food and beverage management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations. Develop staff schedules aligned with business needs while managing shift coverage to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster a positive environment that encourages repeat visits. Implement training & development programs focused on hospitality management, food handling, customer service excellence, and safety procedures. Assist in budgeting processes by controlling costs related to food & beverage supplies while maximizing profitability. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment with supervising responsibilities. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated success in inventory control, cash handling, and managing kitchen or bar operations effectively. Experience in hospitality management roles including staff training, team management, interviewing candidates, and shift management. Prior involvement in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience preferred. Strong leadership skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities; capable of motivating teams toward shared goals.
