- Posted on July 1, 2026 Published By Catrina Reed Growing metals manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Shift Team Leader for 2nd shift. Great opportunity for someone with metals experience who wants long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and skill development. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small production team
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment
- Train and coach employees on safety and production procedures
- Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, and material movement
- Conduct pre-shift safety meetings
- Support equipment troubleshooting and production goals Pay rate is $25/hr DOE + career advancement opportunities, apprenticeship training, and a stable manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year of metals industry experience (steel, aluminum, fabrication, machining, processing, etc.)
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Material handling equipment experience required
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus Trillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
