We are looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values accountability, and can help build a structured, high-performing kitchen culture. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food quality, cleanliness, prep systems, labor efficiency, and team development while maintaining consistency during high-volume service. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage ticket flow and kitchen execution during service Monitor prep levels and station readiness Coach and develop BOH team members Enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards Assist with scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage Maintain organization and kitchen systems Support inventory and product rotation procedures Communicate effectively with FOH leadership and management Qualifications Previous kitchen leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to multitask and maintain urgency under pressure Nights and weekends required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment Why Join Mama Betty's? Experience Kitchen Management:
