Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Manage and lead a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food production
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and operations
