Coaching Performance Measurables Grow guest average for $27 to $32 Increase the alcohol average sales from 26% to 40% Develop a system to grow weekly takeout and delivery from $1500 to $3000 in weekly revenue Maintain FOH Labor totaling less that 40% of the total labor budget Maintain healthy staffing levels while focused on staff retention 12 servers 3-4 bartenders 2-3 host/greeter 3-4 take-out delivery personal Build upon and refine our training program Zero guest: Embody the philosophy of the guest leaves happier than they came in!
Responsibilities:
Manage all staff: performance of sales and service All staff have food handler's certification, proper uniform and safety equipment Daily pre-shift meetings for every staff member
Scheduling:
effective budget built around forecasting Ordering and maintaining acceptable levels of supplies for FOH (NEVER RUN OUT) Cross training the staff continuously Manage reviews of team members with effective/detailed performance plans Manage feedback from customers/staff: learn and address real issues Selects Great Team Members Plans ahead (analyzing trends) to ensure full staffing and business needs Utilizes data to make staffing and purchasing decision for week to come Utilizes and executes on plan based in
