• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all food safety regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience in food handling and food preparation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
• Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
