Duties Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant. Train employees, with a strong emphasis on being an excellent trainer. Handle daily bookkeeping and deposits. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests are always well taken care of. Be proficient in all positions, from taking orders to cooking, and ensure everything is done efficiently and correctly. Assist other managers whenever needed. Maintain a positive attitude to foster a positive environment for the team. Be flexible and ready to help out whenever necessary. Able to work calmly and effectively during high pressure situations. Experience Candidates should have prior experience in the food industry with a focus on supervisory roles within quick service. Relevant educational background in the industry (formal education or hands-on experience). 2+ years preferred Proven experience in working with food and customer service. Background in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. Demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth. Background in training employees. Leadership qualities. Familiarity with POS systems. Pay Range:

Assistant Managers:

~$40,000/year

General Managers:

up to $70,000/year
