Job Description

Manager - Competition-Quality Barbecue Do you love great barbecue and even better guest experiences? We're looking for a driven, people-first leader to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow sales, build a winning culture, and bring competition-quality barbecue to our community every day.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable guest service. Drive sales and profitability through smart planning, marketing, and community engagement. Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Track KPIs and celebrate wins while constantly striving for growth.
What We're Looking For:
1-5 years of restaurant management experience (BBQ experience a plus!). A passion for hospitality and community connection. A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others. Why Join Us?
