Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished General Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate is a visionary and results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in hospitality. This role is responsible for the overall success of the establishment, encompassing financial performance, team leadership, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The General Manager will be the face of the brand, embodying our core values and driving our team to achieve ambitious goals. This position reports directly to the corporate leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience:
At least 5+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.
Business Acumen:
Expert knowledge of P&L management, COGS, and financial analysis. Ability to develop and adhere to budgets, forecast sales, and drive profitability.
Leadership:
Exceptional leadership skills in recruiting, developing, and mentoring a full team, including Assistant Managers and all FOH and BOH staff.
Strategic Vision:
Ability to think on a strategic level, setting long-term goals and creating plans to achieve them.
Guest-Focused:
A warm, hospitable personality with an ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, investors, and the community.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and all staff members. This includes creating a positive work environment, conducting regular performance reviews, and developing career paths for top talent.
Guest Experience:
Ensure a world-class guest experience by setting and maintaining impeccable service standards. Handle all guest concerns with professionalism, and actively work to build a base of loyal, repeat customers.
Compliance:
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing all sanitation standards and complying with local, state, and federal health and legal regulations.
Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact between the restaurant and corporate leadership, participating in weekly operations calls and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational progress.
