Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive success in a fast-paced food service environment while fostering a positive team culture. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant management, including staffing, training, and development to ensure high performance and employee engagement Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are consistently met Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, including shift management and staff scheduling Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Handle cash management, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and cash handling procedures accurately Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols Implement training programs for staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures Monitor restaurant performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement Skills Extensive experience in food industry management, including quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong leadership skills with proven staff training, supervision, and team management abilities Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis effectively Experience in supervising food safety standards and implementing health regulations Skilled in interviewing, training & development of staff, and shift management Background in culinary arts or fine dining experience is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous Join us to lead a passionate team in delivering memorable dining experiences while advancing your career in restaurant management!
