General Purpose:
The PMC-OM Associate Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing shipping operations from the WYUS facility to customer data centers, including the coordination of both domestic and international logistics. This position supports the planning team to ensure the seamless execution of production schedules and effective inventory management, including the timely disposition of excess, scrap, and RTV materials. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across WYMX—such as PMC, Purchasing, Quality, Customs, and Logistics—to drive operational efficiency and meet delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the processing, fulfillment, and tracking of customer orders from the time Fulfilment drops them until they are shipped. Resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues related to damage racks, racks not shipping on time, etc. Mentoring, coaching, and supervising the Planning and Order Management team, organizing daily activities. Analyzing customer KPIs and trends to improve processes, monitoring operating costs, and maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinating with other departments, finance, compliance, AM, to ensure timely and complete order resolution. Generate STOs and delivery notes for finished goods and raw material shipments Partner with IT to resolve shipment-related system issues Maintain strong communication and coordination with PMC, MC, and OM teams at the Mexico site Organize and drive action plans with PD, TE, and QA to meet critical shipment priorities Coordinate rework meetings for material changes and process adjustments Manage daily reporting for production planning, material control, and order management Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely material replenishment Support cycle count audits to maintain inventory accuracy Handle escalations and coordinate with internal and external teams for timely disposition of scrap, excess, and defective materials Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies; follow through on corrective actions Promote and uphold safety and quality standards Assist in onboarding and training of new team members This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Basic Qualifications:

EOD Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with a focus on supply chain or logistics Experience in generating operational reports Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Education / Experience Technical Degree / Some College /
Bachelor Degree Work Environment:
May require working flexible shifts Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus •
