Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role requires a leader who can confidently manage both FOH and BOH responsibilities, deliver excellent guest experiences, and step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Support overall restaurant operations, including both front and back of houseProvide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionallyLead shifts and guide team members proactively (not just when directed)Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach during busy or high-pressure situationsAssist with staff supervision, training, and team developmentOperate and troubleshoot POS systems as neededStep in to assist on the line or other roles during peak times or when short-staffedEnsure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standardsFoster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum availability of 30 hours per weekPrior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of POS systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead by example and take initiative without being askedAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentReliable, honest, and team-focusedComfortable working both FOH and BOH as needed What We re
