Job Description

Job Overview Chef Tim Love is on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. As an integral part of our management team, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service standards, and support staff development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, restaurant management expertise, and a love for the food industry to help us create memorable dining moments for our guests. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high service standards. Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities to guarantee quality, safety, and efficiency in line with health regulations. Handle Toast POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, coordinating food ordering, and minimizing waste. Train and develop team members on food safety practices, customer service skills, and operational procedures. Manage customer interactions to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive dining experience. Participate in budgeting, cost control measures, and overall restaurant management to meet business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and staff training. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
