This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, food service management, and team leadership. As a key player in launching new stores, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive business success from the ground up. Your energy, organizational skills, and management expertise will help set the foundation for a thriving restaurant brand. Duties Lead the setup and launch of new restaurant locations, ensuring all operational aspects are ready for opening day. Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, food preparation oversight, and customer service standards. Recruit, interview, and train staff members to build a competent and motivated team aligned with company values. Oversee food safety practices, inventory control, and food handling procedures to maintain high quality standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions, reporting, and financial tracking. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Foster a positive team environment by providing ongoing training & development, coaching staff on food service management, and supervising team performance. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and food safety standards across all operations. Implement customer service excellence initiatives to deliver memorable dining experiences in casual dining. Experience Proven management experience in full-service restaurants or hospitality environments with a focus on opening new stores or locations. Extensive background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, POS systems (Aloha POS & Micros POS), inventory control, and cash handling. Hands-on experience with managing hospitality teams in full service restaurants. Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising staff training & development and conducting interviews for hiring top talent. Knowledge of food safety management practices along with culinary experience that supports kitchen management responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to analyze profit & loss statements while managing budgets effectively to meet financial goals. Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments.
