Beyond running a shift, this person is heavily involved in training new associates, being an example of "remaining calm at all times", opening and closing the store, and above all else, ensuring that our product is to the highest of standards and providing exceptional customer service. Job Requirements Must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this position. 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry This is an extremely \"hands on\" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff.

Physical Requirements:
