We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support our team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. Position Overview As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee shift operations, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations Lead and support team members during shifts Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met Handle guest concerns and provide excellent customer service Help with scheduling, inventory, and ordering Train and develop new and existing employees Monitor labor and control costs during shifts Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience required (leadership preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
