This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, understands how to balance hospitality with financial performance, and takes pride in building strong teams and consistent operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a strong, reliable staff Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to standards Restaurant Operations Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness Manage opening and closing procedures and overall shift execution Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams Financial & Business Performance Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls to meet financial targets Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships Analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve performance Identify opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency Guest Experience & Service Standards Ensure every guest receives a positive, high-quality dining experience Address guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally Lead by example in delivering hospitality and service excellence Compliance & Safety Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and guests Requirements 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Passion for hospitality and building a guest-first culture Schedule Full-time position Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Work at Lucky T Ranch Restaurant?
