Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily restaurant operations, with a focus on service execution, team leadership, and financial performance. This is a hands-on role requiring active floor leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily service operations and ensure consistent execution of standardsDrive exceptional guest experiences across dining, bar, and eventsSupervise, coach, and develop front-of-house team membersManage labor, scheduling, and staffing adjustments based on demandSupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing trainingMonitor inventory, ordering, and cost controlsResolve guest issues professionally and efficientlyPartner with culinary and resort teams to execute events and promotionsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of food & beverage experience in high-volume or upscale casual environmentsProven leadership or supervisory experienceStrong service mindset with the ability to lead from the floorSolid understanding of food, beverage, and bar operationsAbility to perform under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced settingStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferredFood Handler's Certificate and TABC Certification requiredValid driver's license preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift to 50 poundsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysDisability, accident, and critical illness coverageEmployee housing and shuttle options (where applicable)Dining, retail, and resort discountsAdvancement opportunities within a multi-property organization
