In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas. Monitor food production processes to guarantee timely service without compromising quality. Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours, resolving customer complaints promptly, and maintaining a positive dining experience. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices within the food industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively. Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with experience in shift management. Prior experience in restaurant management or food service management roles preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to casual dining or quick service restaurants.
