The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the beverage service industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining health & safety standards, and managing a team of employees in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to supervise staff effectively and manage the stores operations will be crucial to the success of this store and the Swig brand in the market. Duties Oversee the execution of the Swig brand daily Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters Oversee the execution of quality food and drinks following proper procedures and Swig standards Assess and communicate the hiring needs of the store. Interview job applicants. Follow hiring processes for all employees according to mandatory guidelines. Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines. Train employees professionally and profitably by applying Swig's policies and procedures. Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring. Administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and Performance Improvement Action Plan as needed. Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu items Responsible for completing opening and closing store checklist Ensure all deposits are taken and accounted for Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and outside areas Clean tables quickly and expertly, remove dirty dishes, empty garbage, and clean bathrooms as needed (deep clean as needed) Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store Follow food rotation and shelf-life procedures Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Understand and assist according to the needs of to go and delivery orders Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook Work together effectively as a team to accomplish Swig goals Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Live by and possess the

May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed pharmaceuticals and/or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
