Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing and reporting Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service and uphold company standards Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and financial reconciliation Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours Supervise kitchen activities to maintain high-quality food production, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Implement food safety protocols and oversee food handling practices to promote a safe dining environment Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining establishments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams Background in food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive work environment Experience working in fine dining or hotel settings is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Manager - Restaurant to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
