What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment Drive-thru experience is a big plus! A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front. A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and "can-do" attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours) Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.
