Greta is a fast-growing, modern fast-casual restaurant serving salads, pastas, and wraps. We are building a young, clean, high-standard restaurant brand, and we are looking for a leader who can help us protect our culture, improve operations, train our team, and keep both stores running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who has restaurant management experience, knows how to lead people with respect, and is not afraid to jump in wherever needed. What You'll Do As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will help oversee day-to-day operations across both Greta locations.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee shift leaders at both locations Help create and manage employee schedules Handle employee call-outs and shift coverage Train new hires and develop shift leaders Make sure both stores are properly supplied Complete Sam's runs, vendor pickups, and supply runs when needed Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards Support customer service and resolve guest issues professionally Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards Hold opening and closing teams accountable Help reduce turnover by building a positive team culture Communicate clearly with ownership and leadership Jump on the line and support the team during busy times Help implement Greta systems, checklists, and SOPs Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Calm under pressure Respectful but firm Positive and professional Organized and reliable Hands-on Accountable A strong communicator Comfortable working with young team members Not afraid to jump on the line Focused on building a strong team culture Requirements 2+ years of restaurant management experience QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Reliable transportation required Must be available weekends Must be able to stand for long periods of time Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained upon hiring Must be comfortable working between both Greta locations Benefits Paid training Free employee meals Flexible schedule Tips Growth opportunities Performance bonus opportunities Future promotion opportunities as Greta continues to grow Why Join Greta?
