ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSLead and support production team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production goals Monitor operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule Keep employees on task while reinforcing company procedures and quality standards Assist team members with troubleshooting issues and answering production-related questions Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to complete daily reports and tasks Learn and operate the company's in-house systems and production software Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive morale throughout the department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience required Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred, but not required Bilingual skills are a plus
