We're looking for an Assistant Manager who leads with humility, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others while helping move our restaurant forward. Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager to execute daily operations and achieve restaurant goals. Lead by example while creating a positive, productive, and accountable work environment. Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and crew members into stronger leaders. Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality and a consistent dining experience. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, labor control, ordering, and restaurant systems. Help implement company initiatives, operational improvements, and upper management directives. Address guest concerns professionally while protecting the reputation of the Bigham's brand. Step confidently into any position within the restaurant to support the team's success. Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership experience required; management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop others. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. High level of personal accountability and professionalism. Committed to consistency, excellence, service, and loyalty. Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Manager Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain certification). Able to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
