Spanky's restaurant in Lubbock, known for quality, consistency, and hospitality. We're looking for a motivated and dependable Full Service Manager to support our operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Must have at least 3 years of experience! Daily Operations Supervise opening and closing procedures. Oversee operations. Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Staff Management Recruit, hire, and train Schedule staff shifts to match business needs. Coach and mentor team members on service standards. Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary issues. Promote teamwork between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH). Guest Experience Greet and interact with guests, resolving complaints professionally. Ensure service is friendly, efficient, and in line with brand standards.
