Fine Dining Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager for Upscale Steak and Seafood Restaurant, Mansfield, Texas The Restaurant Manager will collaborate with leadership to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, maximizing profit, while prioritizing guest experience. You will uphold policies and standards to maintain a positive culture for all employees. You will support and teach the service team to maintain a world class dining experience for all guests. What you'll do: Cultivate a culture of gracious hospitality for our guests, our staff and our vendors. Provide consistent feedback and support to all service staff. Work with management to conduct, reconcile and submit monthly inventories. Ensure Health Department compliance as it pertains to the operation. Actively hire, train and develop staff to improve performance.

What we need from you:

2+ years of management experience in full-service dining setting (Upscale / Fine dining experience is preferred) 1+ years working in a high-volume restaurant is preferred Excellent food and beverage knowledge Excellent verbal & written communication Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) English fluency What you'll get from us:
