Join Our Team ~ Totally Texas RV Parks ~ Shift Manager! Do you enjoy working with a variety of people, staying organized, and helping create memorable experiences for travelers? We're looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable Shift Manager to help keep our RV parks running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest service. If you enjoy helping people, are a self-motivator, a creative problem solver, and take pride in presenting a welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As our Shift Manager, you'll be the friendly face guests see and the reliable team member who helps keep daily operations on track. Guest Services Welcome arriving guests with kindness and a smile. Assist guests with moving into their RV spaces and getting settled. Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, and reservation requests. Reach out to guests when needed to ensure a positive experience. Help maintain a clean, safe, enjoyable, and welcoming atmosphere throughout our 3 properties Reservations & Office Operations Manage reservations and space availability using office software. Update guest information and maintain accurate guest records. Handle guest lists, invoicing, and occupancy tracking. Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and processed properly. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. Park Oversight Conduct daily walk-throughs of the property to monitor occupancy and park conditions. Verify guests are following park rules and safety guidelines. Inspect cabins, studios, and common areas for cleanliness and readiness. Ensure laundry facilities are clean, stocked, and functioning properties. Team Coordination Communicate with housekeeping regarding check-outs, cleanings, arrivals, and special requests. Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Help maintain excellent communication between departments. Light Maintenance Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed, including: Office upkeep & inventory Storage area organization Reporting and addressing water line leaks General property appearance and functionality Receive training to assist with propane sales and related guest services.
