Culinary Director Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations at our busy sports complex. This role is critical in ensuring smooth concessions service, exceptional cleanliness standards, and a positive experience for athletes, families, and visitors. You will lead a team of concessions staff, maintain high standards for food safety and facility presentation, and directly operate our smoker, grill, and BBQ beer tent during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Staff Management:

Supervise, train, and support concessions staff during shifts. Motivate the team to deliver friendly and efficient service.

Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned, stocked, and inspected every 30 minutes during operating hours. Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the concessions areas, including continuous wiping down of counters, tables, and equipment.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
