Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately, manage orders efficiently, and handle cash responsibly. Control inventory levels through meticulous stock monitoring, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Lead staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, safety procedures, and operational protocols to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team. Support management in budgeting tasks, cost control measures, and implementing strategies to improve overall restaurant performance. Supervise food production, catering services, bar operations, and special events like banquets to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with a focus on food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or food service settings; ability to train and develop staff effectively. Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting processes, and food industry regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in fine dining or hotel settings is advantageous; culinary experience or barista/coffee expertise is a plus.
