Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and experienced General Managers to lead our team and drive our restaurant to success. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading a motivated and engaged team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence and meet sales goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and inventory management.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a quick-casual setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
