Position Overview:
As the manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff and management team to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, including restaurant P&L.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality in all areas of the restaurant.
- Drive market initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on findings.
- Ensure optimal inventory management and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on high-volume establishments.
