Position Overview:
As the manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team, drive sales growth, and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff and management team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, including restaurant P&L.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Drive market initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on findings.
  • Ensure optimal inventory management and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on high-volume establishments.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of restaurant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
