Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste Supervise food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Coordinate shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Conduct regular quality checks on food production and presentation to maintain high standards of culinary excellence Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, kitchen management, and food safety management Demonstrated skills in team leadership, staff training & development, and supervising hospitality teams Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, POS or Square.
