HTeaO is looking for a General Manager to lead our team and continue building an exciting culture at our newest location. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to lead a team primarily made up of high school and college-aged employees, create an engaging workplace, and help people grow both personally and professionally. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the store Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members Create a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment Manage employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product availability Coach and mentor high school and college-aged employees Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards Monitor labor costs and store performance metrics Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun Qualifications Previous management experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with employee scheduling and inventory management Ability to motivate and develop young team members Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What Makes This Role Different?
