Cafe Manager Are you a seasoned restaurant leader tired of the "grease and grime" of traditional fast food? At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, we are redefining the Quick Service industry by trading deep fryers for fresh ingredients and high-intensity energy. We are seeking a professional, high-energy General Manager to lead our teams, drive operational excellence, and embody our signature "Tropitude." As Cafe Manager , you are the leader of your location and you will be responsible for the People, Profits, and Professionalism. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing crew. You aren't just filling shifts; you're building a culture. Take full ownership of P&L, inventory management, labor costs, and food safety standards. Set the gold standard for hospitality and speed of service, ensuring every guest leaves energized. Act as a brand ambassador to drive local sales and catering growth within the Texas market. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
Minimum of 1 year as a General Manager in a high-volume Quick Service (QSR) or fast-casual environment.
Business Acumen:
Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control strategies.
Leadership:
A track record of developing team members.
Agility:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound, "on-the-fly" decisions.
Commitment:
Flexibility to work a professional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business. Benefits at a Glance Base Salary up to $42,000 + Monthly Bonuses.
