Clean Eatz Round Rock is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to help lead our café team, take initiative, keep the team productive and support daily front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, customer service, or a customer-focused sales environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, organized, and ready to lead by example and help create a positive guest experience every day. What You'll Do Front of House Leadership Greet guests with energy, positivity, a smile, and professionalism Help lead and support the front-of-house team during shifts Keep team members on task and help reduce downtime Provide excellent customer service and help guests Take orders and process transactions accurately using the POS system Handle cash responsibly and accurately Answer questions about café meals, meal plans, Grab-N-Go meals, snacks, and products Answer phone calls with strong customer service and professionalism Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, checkout space, and Grab-N-Go area Stock products, organize displays, and assist with front-of-house merchandising Help train new front-of-house team members Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and store standards Step in wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly Help with monthly inventory and support the GM as well as the BOH GM Team Support Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Help direct team members so tasks are completed without constant management direction Support accountability, organization, and shift flow Help create a productive team environment Communicate clearly with management about issues, needs, and opportunities for improvement Social Media & Local Marketing Support Help capture photos and short videos of meals, smoothies, café activity, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content Assist with simple social media posts Help promote weekly meal plans, Grab-N-Go meals, specials, and community partnerships Keep content positive, clean, brand-friendly, and professional Bring creative ideas for customer engagement and local marketing What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of real retail, restaurant, grocery, hospitality, or customer-facing experience Leadership experience or the ability to step up and lead by example Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and self-motivated Comfortable handling cash and using basic math Comfortable using or learning social media for business purposes Able to take initiative without being told every step of the way Able to help keep other team members productive and focused Positive attitude and team-first mindset Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
