In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive the success of our bar services, from managing staff to controlling inventory and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities Lead and supervise bar staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated team. Oversee food preparation, beverage service, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining high customer service standards. Monitor food production processes, including cooking and food handling procedures, ensuring quality control at all times. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a skilled hospitality team dedicated to excellence. Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong management capabilities. Extensive knowledge of POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and cash handling procedures. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management within casual dining or fine dining settings. Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent team management and staff training skills. Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel food & beverage operations is a plus.
