Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Cafe Store Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional coffee experiences! Duties Supervise daily coffee shop operations, including food preparation, beverage crafting, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and high standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team dedicated to excellence. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Operate POS systems such as Square Maintain compliance with food safety regulations by implementing proper food handling procedures and conducting regular cleanliness checks. Lead shift management by coordinating tasks, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food production that meets culinary standards while managing costs within budget. Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to support professional growth and excellent service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, food handling, and kitchen management, giving orders Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, training & development, and leadership. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of inventory control techniques, budgeting principles, and food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles preferred; assistant manager experience is advantageous. Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
